Building Bridges: Anchor successfully orchestrates Roambee’s acquisition of Modum

Shortly after the announcement of its first acquisition, the real-time supply chain visibility provider Roambee onboards Swiss-based Modum, a provider of proven pharma-grade monitoring solutions, to consolidate its leadership position in the cold chain logistics monitoring.

By means of this acquisition, Roambee’s end-to-end cold chain visibility offering will scale up on the last mile delivery transactions thanks to Modum’s fully pharma compliant ‘plug & play’ solutions that work even in the most difficult logistics scenarios.

This acquisition also reflects Anchor’s unique approach to investing and growing businesses together with driven entrepreneurs and value-adding investors. Anchor identified the opportunity through its network and extensive deal pipeline, and over a year, helped facilitate a better understanding of mutual benefit, as well as advising Roambee management on structuring and executing the transaction.
