Mr. Trivan Mathur (Switzerland): Managing Partner, is actively involved in all of Anchor's businesses and client management. Prior to founding Anchor, Trivan spent over 12 years in asset and portfolio management where he was Head of RBS Coutts Investment Services for Switzerland and before that, a Senior Investment Advisor at Citibank. Trivan's academic background includes the B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, an M.Sc. in Finance from ESC in Lyon and an executive degree from IMD Lausanne.
Mrs. Andriana Oikonomopoulou (Switzerland): Partner, has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with focus on asset and wealth management. She has specialized in investment advisory for UHNW individuals across Europe and India and held senior Investment Advisor positions in Coutts Bank and Deutsche Bank, both in Geneva. Andriana's academic background includes a B.Sc. in Finance and Banking Management from the University of Piraeus and the IMC from the CFA Society of the United Kingdom.
Mr. Dweep Chanana (Switzerland): Partner, has over 10 years of experience advising or investing into companies across the growth cycle in Industrial IoT, financial services, energy and consumer sectors in US, Europe, and Asia. He was previously Head of Venture Investments at Momenta Partners, where he led 7 industrial IoT investments. Previously he was Managing Director at Touchstone Ventures, a direct investment firm advising family offices on growth-stage investments, served as Director, Strategy and Business Development for Family Services at UBS Wealth Management, and led a UN financed market entry and financing program in Kenya. A telecommunications engineer by training, he worked for over 6 years with Lucent and Hughes. He has worked in India, USA, Kenya, and China and is currently based in Switzerland.
Mr. Raphael Rey (Switzerland): Partner & General Counsel, is an expert in financial and international company law. After being admitted to the Geneva Bar, Raphael worked at UBS within Wealth Management & Business Banking, Product & Service, Financial Planning, and Strategic Development & Management support teams. Raphael is a partner at Anchor group and a practising partner at Banna & Quinodoz (attorneys at law).
Mr. Jérôme Thoenig (Switzerland): Director, is a sales professional and consultant with over 20 years experience in the financial industry. He has been an investor relations officer and fund raiser for hedge funds and infrastructure asset managers. Prior to this, Jérôme was Head of the institutional client servicing desk within the Alternative Investment Group at HSBC Private Bank. Jerome’s academic background includes a diploma of advanced studies in Strategy from Paris-Nanterre University and a Masters Degree in Finance from Paris-Dauphine University.
Mr. Nicholas Payne (Switzerland): Director, has over 15 years of financial experience and has a wide range of knowledge in finance and private banking having held positions in the back, middle and front offices. This diversity of roles has provided perspectives of both business and client needs allowing the implementation of innovative business and investment solutions. He has a degree In Finance and an MBA from Webster University and, in his spare time, is currently reading mathematics through the Open University.
Mr. Curt Schultz (Switzerland): Director, has over 20 years of experience holding senior positions in Nomura, ING Barings & Nikko advising institutional clients on both portfolio management and trading strategies. He has in-depth knowledge of emerging markets and has been instrumental in advising major Swiss institutions on their investments in Asia. Most recently, Curt was Head of the Advisory Desk for Financial Intermediaries and Family Offices at Bank Sarasin. Curt holds a B.A. in Speech Communications and Rhetoric, Lynchburg College, Virginia and Masters in Finance from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
Raghav Kanoria: Raghav is co-founder of India's third largest angel network and co-founder of Neoleap, East India’s first private startup accelerator. In the past he has been part of the management team of Brand Capital, an initiative of the Times of India Group, which grew to become a USD 1bn program, and was in the strategy and alliances team of a USD 200mn greenfield real estate fund for Ambuja Realty and a USD 250mn infrastructure fund for SREI Group. Raghav holds an MBA from University of Leeds, UK.
Daniel Koppelkamm: Daniel, a German national, has more than 15 years of technology investing experience. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Swiss-based Convergence Partners, supporting European companies with growth capital and their international acceleration to Asia. He was previously an Investment Partner at Jadeberg Partners, a Swiss VC fund. Prior, Daniel worked at London-based Man Group, focusing on global technology investments, and worked in technology investment banking at Credit Suisse in London and Madrid and in the Corporate VC division of Intel Corporation. Daniel holds an MBA from Cass Business School London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Santiago Tenorio: Santiago advises private investment groups and family offices on direct investment opportunities in technology and digital assets and is an active angel investor in early stage tech companies. He is also a founding sponsor of Aguadulce LNG, an energy infrastructure project in development in Colombia. Previously, as Head of Investments to a multi-billion dollar family office, he launched Rewired, a $100 million thematic investment vehicle focused on Robotics, AI and mobility. Prior to Rewired, Santiago led a Global Partnerships & Innovation team at American Express' Commercial Payments division, developing strategic partnerships and supporting equity investments, and was an entrepreneur in the FoodTech, F&B and social gaming sectors. Santiago began his career in New York, at Blackrock and at BAML’s Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking group. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Cognitive Science, Visual Neuroscience and Japanese.

He is also the founder and co-owner of eWan Alliance SA where he specialises in the strategies, organizations and information systems of banks and financial Institutions. He has spent most of his career as a partner in various consulting firms. Additionally, he is currently an active investor, director or adviser of several different firms that are trading, asset management and technology companies.
Sumit Sharma (Delhi): Sumit has over 15 years experience in environmental, infrastructure & marketing consultancy in India and New Zealand. Proven track record of implementing the necessary business development strategies for market-entry, building credibility and managing business relationships. Sumit has a B.E (Environmental) from UIT Auckland, New Zealand, an MSc (Environment) from Delhi University, and has done an Executive Management Course from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, India.
