Atherstone India Invest (AII) was founded with the vision of identifying unique investment opportunities within the Indian Economic Landscape. It designs and executes transparent products and services dedicated to European and Indian cross investment ventures. It also provides global risk advice relating to India and monitors strategic developments to enhance investment decisions. AII was born out of the partnership between India based Atherstone Group and Swiss based India Invest. The purpose of India Invest was to build a commercially viable entity that would create a legacy for a generation of ‘India enthusiasts’ who may be credited for helping India reach the growth levels it is achieving today. The Firm provides consulting services for institutional and private clients in all areas of law, but most specifically in commercial law. K&T provides a broad coverage of banking law, including the surveillance of financial intermediaries and the fight against money laundering.
